In an effort to encourage good dental health for all, we are offering an In-Office Discount Program to uninsured patients. This program gives patients an affordable option for preventative care and oral wellness.
Adult & Child Care
Adults: $275
Children (16 & under): $210
- 2 Exams
- 2 Standard Cleanings
- 1 Set of Diagnostic X-Rays
- Children's plan includes 2 fluoride treatments
Standard fees for these procedures are $375 for adults and $320 for children
Periodontal Maintenance Care
All Ages $375
- 2 Exams
- 3 Perio Maintenance Cleanings
- 1 Set of Diagnostic X-Rays
Additional Savings
A 20% discount will also be given for all other work. All exams and single diagnostic x-rays will be included in the plan at no extra charge
(Panorex x-rays are not included in this program, but the 20% discount would be applied).
The plan is good for one year from purchase date.
Payment in full is due on date of service.
